Cancel any subscription with one email, effective at the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees, no retention scripts, no exit interviews. Payment-link subscriptions can also be cancelled through the receipt Stripe emails you.
Websites, domains, hosting accounts, phone numbers, content, and data created for you belong to you. If we part ways, everything keeps working and gets handed over free of charge, including porting any phone number out. No hostage situations is a term of service here, not a slogan.
No rankings are guaranteed. Nobody honest can guarantee what Google or AI assistants will do; anyone promising otherwise is selling something. What is promised: the work described, measured openly with the same published method every month, and stated plainly when something is not working.
Services with usage limits (for example, receptionist call volumes) state those limits and their overage prices next to the price, in plain type, before you buy. No surprise invoices.
Services are provided with care but as-is; liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. These terms are governed by New York law.
If these terms change, the date above changes with it, and active clients are told directly. No silent edits.
