Privacy, in plain english.

What I collect, and why

When you request a free snapshot or contact me, I collect what you type: your business name, town, and email. It is used to run your visibility report, send it to you, and follow up like a person would. That is the whole purpose.

The site measures its own performance with first-party analytics: which pages get visited, what gets clicked, and how long pages are read. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no third-party ad trackers. A random, anonymous session id lives in your browser only for the visit. Cloudflare also provides aggregate, privacy-preserving performance analytics.

If you subscribe to a paid service, payment runs entirely through Stripe. Card numbers never touch my systems and I never see them. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the payment itself.

Email happens through Google Workspace. If you reply to me, your reply sits in my inbox like any normal correspondence.

What never happens

Your data is never sold, rented, or traded. No marketing lists leave this business. No third party gets your information except the processors named above (Stripe for payments, Google for email, Cloudflare for hosting and analytics), each doing only its job.

Reports about your business

Visibility reports are built from public information: your Google listing, public reviews, your public website, and what public AI assistants answer. Report links are private, unlisted URLs shared only with you.

Your choices

Want your data deleted, corrected, or exported? Email [email protected] and it happens, usually same day. Every marketing email carries a working way to stop further email, and STOP always works by reply.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. No silent edits.
